What to expect

THE EXAMINATION:
At the beginning of the exam, several questions will be asked about your concerns. A comprehensive health history will be taken and a thorough exam will be done. In some cases, X-Rays may be taken if it is necessary to determine the diagnosis, or treatment for your condition. Orthopedic and range of motion testing may be done as well.

THE CONSULTATION:
After the exam, the results will be thoroughly explained. The cause of your problem and treatment options will be addressed at this time.

THE TREATMENT:
Treatment will consist of gentle chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy, deep muscle work, rehabilitative exercises. You can expect all treatments to be specifically designed around your needs.

REHABILITATIVE EXERCISES:
Specific home exercises will be prescribed so your condition will continue to improve. The exercises will be demonstrated and explained carefully so you know exactly how to perform them.

THE RE-EXAMINATION:
After a series of visits a re-examination will be scheduled to determine how your condition has progressed. This re-exam will be compared to the first exam and changes or improvements will be explained to you. At this time the doctor will know how treatment may be modified to meet your goals.
